They're sometimes are having troubles seeing due to poor eyesight

You can interpret their nature however you'd like on your art as long as they're resembling themselves in appearance!
You can draw them selling flowers to your character or just managing a small selling booth in the background!
They can be friends with anybody, you're free to headcanon relations to your character however you'd like!
