The wax covers the character's head and part of their face (leaving their face as a heart shape), neck, and tail. This trait eliminates the standard lop ears, so the character will not have ears unless they have an adittional ear trait (only ear traits that sit atop the head are applicable).

The character has feathered wings at the tips of their ears (must be stacked with an ear trait), or alternatively, the character has feathered wings where their ears would typically be (completely replaces the ear, and eliminates the ear feelers trait category).

A bat-wing shape melts into the shape of the ear. This trait can either combine with the standard ear (grow as part of it, as shown above) or replace it entirely (the ear is solely the shape of the bat wing). This trait cannot be stacked with any other ear traits.

The flames are made up of ghost-like shapes with bat wings. There can be up to three from each flame point, and they are sentient. Having different amounts at the head vs. tail flame point requires the mismatch flame trait.
