"Over here!" A piping voice greets you as you enter the pristine marble lobby of The Scepter of Light's headquarters. A pink Ruptour beams from behind an oversized counter. She bears the badge of an Inspector, but she seems oddly... unofficial?  You show her the flyer you'd ripped off the bulletin board: free lanterns, candles, etc. For the Lightkeeper Cause. "Ah, yes! Let me see what I have for you." Estrid produces a mammoth clay pot, a weak glow radiating from within. Taking a deep breath, she sticks her entire arm into the pot, grappling for a stubborn mystery object. A cacaphony of clinking ensues. "Looks like there's only a few left!" she strains awkwardly.
