Bloom Festival is a time to unleash the inner artist! During the Festival, huge buckets of sidewalk chalk are placed in plazas for anyone to use. Faians will gather together with friends, or even strangers, and transform the plaza floor into a vibrant canvas full of dazzling designs, casual games, and drawings of whimsical creatures.
