wren doesn't really have any need to capture the cloud fish; she's also no good with a net (she's tried. in the water). but her home island of arkala is well known for its cloud fish and wren, who had just so happened to be back in arkala, made time to go admire the clouds and the shimmering fish. of course, mycelio and daisy came along too.
